Lo offered the following words of wisdom to those new to the industry, "If you are new to the industry and have the burning desire to really get to know this industry, you can do it. Just believe in yourself and continue to work hard. My first two years as an independent have been the toughest of my career, but I am surpassing my goals and loving what I have accomplished for my clients."

Planning Tool That Streamlines Duties: Online registration has definitely made my life easier when planning events, whether they are large or small. Most online registration tools can accept credit cards, which eliminate the hassle of accepting payment at time of check-in, and there are not as many spelling errors when someone registers himself. Online registration makes it very easy to generate reports and stats on a given meeting. On the other hand, not everyone feels comfortable with online registration, so there is still a need to support traditional registration.

What Would You do With An Unlimited Budget? Give each attendee personal attention and a constant "wow" effect. From food stations that come alive to dancers on live wire dancing through the air, my goal would be to make our evening event as unique as possible while still reflecting my client's message.
