This all-hands meeting was another great event for our team. We had a fantastic experience at Austin Proper Hotel — the staff made us feel so welcomed and created the perfect place for us to work and get things done. The team shared a lot of positive direction about how much we’ve accomplished in the past year and how much we have to look forward to.
However, our most recent meeting was different from our previous all-hands meetings because it launched the start of some exciting news for our company. I don’t want to spoil the surprise, but I can say that in Spring 2020, our team has exciting news to look forward to, and we’ll be more than ready to share it with our friends, fans, clients and trusted partners!
BIG THINGS ARE COMING
It’s no secret that we’re on the path of growing and redefining our market by pivoting to becoming a creative live events agency. This has been a multi-year project, but this past year brought the most significant changes for us, including new leadership. We’ve moved toward achieving our goals by bringing in new thought leadership, recruiting from industries we’ve never dabbled in before but have always wanted to partner with.
Now, the year ahead of us is going to bring even more change. It’s the start of a new decade, and we’re fully embracing a mindset of bold newness – and we’re working behind the scenes to create something different and fully realized, complete with titles that are better reflection of our roles, new and fresh leadership, and an exciting new direction with great purpose.
MOVING FORWARD WITH INTENTIONALITY
After more than 17 years in this business, we’re looking forward to doing more of what we do best of all: curating high-end live experiences. This is a realm where we know we truly shine, and we’re excited about moving forward strategically to create an impact in this space with the partners we’ve collaborated with for years as well as new partnerships we can’t wait to develop.
After all, our specialty is meaningful interactions that have a strong ROI. It’s what we do best, and it’s where we have the most amount of impact. We’re excited about our new strategy for focusing on these projects in a way that has maximum benefit to our partners.
Most importantly, we’re thrilled to keep applying our philosophy of approaching the event and creative process thoughtfully and intentionally — and we’re approaching our big new changes with the same mindset.
